The best thing to do is to schedule a consultation with one of our team members. Once we determine your health concerns and goals, we can evaluate if we are the right fit. The step is a new patient visit and labs. After all of that is completed, an individualized and unique treatment plan will be discussed. If you are a candidate for one of Dr Hammer’s programs, you can jump straight into that after the consultation with approval. 

Unfortunately the programs and services we provide are not covered by insurance. However we are happy to provide you with super bills to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. 

Dr Hammer and her team are specific about who they work with because each client's plan is tailored to their personal needs and health goals. This individualized approach requires significant time and attention limiting the number of clients the team can accept. Additionally, the team works with you throughout your whole treatment plan, therefore you are paying for a consistent and attentive experience. 

Yes! We take all forms of payment including HSA and FSA
